Returns / Refund Policy
Your absolute satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you become unhappy with your coffee or tea purchase, within 15 days of your product delivery, you may return the unused portion to us. Once we've received it, we will issue a FULL REFUND, less shipping costs. No returns permitted on ground coffee.
Accepted Forms of Payment
Credit Cards accepted MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Other accepted methods of payment include Google Checkout, Paypal, Money Order, or Personal Check.
Payment By Credit Card
Like most online shopping sites which use realtime credit card authorization and processing, orders placed on our web site charges customer's credit card at the time the order is placed. Unless the order specifically requests a Delayed Delivery Date, all orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days.
Shipping Information
U.S. ONLY...We use a variety of shipping companies, which may include FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Orders under & $75.00 are billed at a flat rate of $7.95. Orders over $75.00 are shipped free. Freight charges are not charged for orders picked up at our business location.
International Orders...For all international orders (outside the U.S.),shipping rates will vary by location. If you must know exact shipping costs prior to order shipment please request so, at checkout, in the (Special Instructions Box). Otherwise you will be charged appropriately.
Address Corrections:
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address including:
Recipient Name(s)
Company Name (if applicable)
Street Number and Street Name
Floor, Suite, or Apartment Number (if applicable)
Accurate zip code
Please check your shipping information very carefully. If FedEx or UPS applies address correction charges to your delivery as a result of you furnishing erroneous information, these charges will be billed to your credit card.
Taxes
As required by law, we apply State and Local sales taxes to all purchases requiring that sales tax be collected.
