Kenya Decaffienated Coffee has a sharp, winy taste with a pronounced fruity undertone. We roast our Kenya coffee as a city roast, but not dark enough to be oily. This is to bring out some of the more subtle flavor notes that the light roast will not. This coffee is decaffeinated using the traditional Methylene Chloride process.
